Job description

Infor’s Managed Services Team (IMS) is seeking a Principal-level Consultant with in-depth knowledge in one or more of the Workforce Management subject matters: Time & Attendance, MVS, and Labor Scheduling. In this role, you are a member and team lead for the Infor Managed Services (IMS) WFM group, a key component of the global Infor Professional Services team. Our IMS consultants deliver implementation, customizations, systems analysis, training, and client support for Infor Workforce Management (WFM) customers across the Americas, Europe, and Asia Pacific regions. We are subject matter experts of our Infor WFM product suite, capitalizing on our industry knowledge to efficiently provide our customers solutions to enhance their business processes.

A Day in The Life Typically Includes:

1. Utilize working knowledge of the Infor WFM Suite of products used to support the Infor WFM applications.
2. Provide strong techno-functional consulting skills surrounding Infor WFM application (and related third-party) technologies and tools to perform product customizations, modifications, and related activities.
3. Supervise and mentor the team of resources supporting customer needs.
4. Identify and implement process improvements to enhance service efficiency and reduce costs.
5. Collaborate with the sales team to identify upsell or cross-sell opportunities.
6. Proactively manage and resolve potential risks to customer retention.
7. Develop strategies to protect and grow revenue across the customer base.
8. Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure team performance and customer satisfaction.

Basic Qualifications:

• Experience in Workforce Management software.
• Experience in implementing ERP software packages such as Infor WFM or Kronos.
• Experience in leading and mentoring team/subordinates.
• Coding experience with SQL, JavaScript, and Groovy development performed on an ERP application.
• Workforce management industry experience in healthcare, food and beverage, or retail.
• Maintenance and support of customers on a WFM product.
• Willing to travel for customer-facing engagements on both short- and long-term assignments, approximately 25% or less.
