Colliers is seeking a Managing Director, Valuations & Advisory Services, Western Canada to provide strategic and operational leadership for the region across BC, Alberta and Manitoba. You will lead a team of valuation and advisory professionals, strengthening market position, growing revenue and profitability, and driving quality, risk management and client experience.

Qualifications

• Requires a bachelor's degree in business, finance, real estate, or related field.
• AACI designation and 12–15 years of CRE valuation/advisory leadership experience.
• Proven track record leading valuation/advisory or related professional services business.
• Experience with P&L responsibility and strategic revenue growth.
• Strong client relationship development and talent recruitment capabilities.
• Knowledge of quality assurance, appraisal review, risk management, and regulatory standards (CUSPAP).
• Experience with market research, strategic planning, and organizational change.

Responsibilities

• Lead Valuations & Advisory Services across Western Canada with regional strategy and profitability focus.
• Own regional P&L performance including budgeting, forecasting, and investments.
• Acquire new clients and expand relationships across service lines and markets.
• Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing professionals while fostering an inclusive workplace.
• Champion technology, data, systems, and innovative practices to improve productivity and client experience.
• Monitor market, regulatory, and industry developments for growth opportunities.
• Ensure Canada-wide training, QA and risk management practices and compliance with standards.
• Build Colliers' profile through strong client and partner relationships.
