Burnbrae Farms is seeking a Producer & Industry Relations Representative for Western Canada. The role emphasizes relationship management with egg producers, industry engagement, and extensive travel across Alberta and Saskatchewan.

Hybrid work with two days in office is offered. The ideal candidate has 3–5 years in agricultural stakeholder relations, understands Canadian egg and poultry sectors, and holds a post-secondary degree in Agriculture or related fields.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years minimum experience in relationship management in the agricultural sector.
• Experience working with poultry producers and industry stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Canadian egg and poultry sectors preferred.
• Ability to travel across Western Canada for farm visits and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong working relationships with egg producers throughout Western Canada, primarily Alberta and Saskatchewan.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for producer inquiries, concerns, and opportunities.
• Travel frequently for farm visits and industry meetings.
• Represent the company at industry meetings, conferences, trade shows, and producer events.
• Provide market intelligence updates to leadership.
