Job summary

EBC Inc. is seeking a Project Manager to join our Western Canada team.

You will plan, organize, direct and control construction sites to ensure they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Ideal candidates hold a Civil Engineering or Construction Management degree (P.Eng./ CET a plus) with 5–10 years of progressive civil construction experience, strong communication and leadership skills, and proficiency in MS Office, MS Project and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management, or Civil Engineering Technology.
• Technical background with professional accreditation (P.Eng./ CET) or equivalent experience.
• 5–10 years of related experience in civil construction projects.
• Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities.
• Bilingual French/English is an asset.

Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, direct and control construction site work to meet deadlines and budgets.
• Coordinate with professionals, prepare contracts and manage subcontractors.
• Establish schedules, monitor progress and ensure high quality standards.
• Mentor junior staff and lead in innovative problem-solving on complex projects.
