Job summary

Qualifications

• College or University degree in retail or related field.
• Proven retail management experience and leadership skills.
• Experience in budgeting, merchandising and customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations to meet KPIs and profit targets.
• Coach and develop staff to improve performance and reduce turnover.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and government laws.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and effective visual merchandising.
• Manage cash procedures and shrink control with accuracy.
