Rebalance Rehab in Chilliwack is seeking a Punjabi and Hindi speaking wellness therapist to join the Together In Motion team. You will deliver Zoom group sessions for caregivers, perform intake assessments, and provide targeted outreach in the community.
The role is grant-funded through 2030, offering real runway and room to grow within a supportive team. Remote work from home, with equipment supplied, and part-time hours (8–10 per week).
Rebalance Rehab is a multidisciplinary rehabilitation clinic based in Chilliwack, serving the Fraser Valley since 2015. Our team of 25+ spans physiotherapy, massage therapy, kinesiology, acupuncture, counselling, and clinical Pilates. Beyond our clinic, we deliver care in long-term care homes, First Nations communities, and community wellness programs across Chilliwack and Abbotsford.
Together In Motion (TIM) is our free virtual wellness program for unpaid caregivers aged 55+ in Abbotsford. Funded by the Government of Canada through the New Horizons for Seniors Program (January 2026 to March 2030), TIM brings gentle movement, peer connection, and individual wellness support to caregivers through Zoom.
We are looking for a Punjabi and Hindi speaking wellness therapist to join our Together In Motion team and help us reach caregivers in Abbotsford's South Asian community. Many of the people this program is designed for are not yet connected to it, and language is one of the biggest barriers. This role exists to change that.
You will deliver virtual group wellness sessions via Zoom (small groups of 3 to 8), complete intake assessments with new participants, provide up to four individual sessions for those who need support before joining a group, and conduct local outreach to connect with caregivers and referral partners. The program is grant-funded through 2030, so this is a role with real runway. Our admin and operations team handles scheduling, billing, and equipment orders so you can focus on participants.

– Certified Personal Trainer (CSEP, canfitpro, ACE, NASM, or equivalent), or equivalent experience leading virtual exercise sessions and assessments.
– Comfortable leading gentle movement and wellness sessions for older adults, including those with limited mobility or chronic conditions.
– Warm, patient, and culturally sensitive. You understand the caregiving experience and meet people where they are.
– Confident with virtual delivery. Comfortable on Zoom and able to create an engaging, supportive group environment from a screen.
– Self-managing and organized. You can handle intake calls, session prep, and follow-up documentation on your own.
