Job summary

CPA Alberta is seeking a Coordinator to oversee the CPA Assist Program, coordinating in-person and online wellness initiatives that support its mission. This 18-month contract covers maternity leave and offers hybrid Telecommuting (home up to 3 days a week) from Edmonton or Calgary.

You will manage events, liaise with speakers, support marketing, and report on event outcomes while collaborating with CPA Alberta departments and external partners.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years of directly related experience (education + experience accepted).
• Degree or diploma in a relevant discipline.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic website editing.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate CPA Assist in-person and virtual events and webinars.
• Manage speaker relationships, contracts, scheduling and deliverables.
• Collaborate with marketing for event promotion and content development.
• Provide reports on event success and analysis to the Director.
• Serve as point of contact and liaise with CPA Alberta departments and partners.
