Everwild is seeking a Wellness Ambassador & Kiosk Supervisor for our CF Chinook Centre and CrossIron Mills locations. This hands‑on role leads a small team, manages weekly schedules, and drives gift card and spa sales while ensuring excellent guest experiences.

Qualifications

Position Overview

We’re looking for a Wellness Ambassador & Kiosk Supervisor to keep our Everwild holiday gift card kiosks at CF Chinook Centre and CrossIron Mills running smoothly. Reporting to the Director of Sales, this hands‑on role supervises a small team of Wellness Ambassadors and Sales Associates across both locations: building the weekly schedule, keeping shifts covered and tracking hours, while selling on the floor alongside the team. The role combines light supervision, retail sales and day‑to‑day kiosk operations, requiring confidence, organization and strong communication skills. The Wellness Ambassador & Kiosk Supervisor ensures every interaction reflects Everwild’s commitment to wellness, calm and connection, while helping the team achieve individual and kiosk sales goals. This is a hands‑on, customer‑facing position that requires reliability, professionalism and enthusiasm for helping others discover the restorative benefits of the Everwild experience.

Wage: $21–$22 per hour, plus commission and seasonal sales incentives

Shifts: Full-time, Temporary (mid-November – December 31, 2026, starting a few days before the kiosks open for setup)

Location: CF Chinook Centre (Calgary) & CrossIron Mills (Rocky View County), splitting time between both

Reports to: Director of Sales

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervision & Scheduling
• Build the weekly shift schedule for both kiosks and keep it within approved hours and the wage budget.
• Track hours worked and shift coverage in the kiosk hours tracker, and flag gaps or overtime early.
• Be the go‑to person on shift for questions, and escalat staffing or guest issues to the Senior Sales Manager.
• Cover open shifts and adjust the schedule for sick calls and shift swaps.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, working regular shifts at both kiosks.
• Drive sales of gift cards, spa experiences, and merchandise to meet or exceed kiosk targets.
• Support the team on the floor, sharing what’s working to grow the average sale.
• Identify corporate and bulk gift card opportunities and pass leads to the Sales team.
• Operations & Reporting
• Open and close the kiosks, including closing out the POS and reconciling the day’s card sales.
• Share a short daily update on sales and hours with the Senior Sales Manager.
• Maintain kiosk appearance, inventory and supplies, and communicate restocking needs in a timely manner.
• Support mall events, local partnerships, and promotional campaigns to increase visibility and traffic.
• Capture and share guest success stories, photos, or testimonials for marketing use (with permission).

Requirements

• Shift lead, key holder or supervisor experience in retail, sales or hospitality is an asset.
• Strong sales ability and comfortable supporting teammates on the floor.
• Organized, with the confidence to build a simple schedule and track hours in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Experience with POS systems and card payments is an asset.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours through December 31, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in a mall setting.
• Reliable transportation, as the role moves between CF Chinook Centre and CrossIron Mills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light physical tasks (e.g., setting up displays).
• Criminal background check required
