Job summary

• High school diploma or 1-2 years related experience and/or training.
• Reliable transportation required.

Responsibilities

• Draft correspondence and manage scheduling and filing.
• Answer phones and route inquiries to appropriate staff.
• Schedule client appointments and maintain calendar.
• Maintain paper and electronic records and databases.
