Job summary

Denison Mines Corp. is seeking a Wellfield Manager to lead the ISR wellfield construction and operation at the Phoenix Project. Based on site, you will oversee construction activities, contractors, budgets, schedules, and the transition of assets into operations.

You bring a strong ISR wellfield development background, senior leadership experience, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams in remote locations while maintaining safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree as specified in the requirements.
• P.Eng or P. Geo designation with eligibility for Saskatchewan registration.
• 10+ years in wellfield development, construction, or operations including leadership or project management.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute ISR wellfield construction activities including drilling, completion, and surface infrastructure.
• Lead wellfield personnel and contractors to meet safety, quality, schedule and budget requirements.
• Develop commissioning and turnover plans for wellfield assets to Operations.
• Monitor construction progress, costs, schedules and contractor performance.
• Provide technical and operational guidance on wellfield development, maintenance and production activities.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support project delivery and regulatory compliance.
• Support risk assessments, budgeting and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Maintain relationships with key contractors, vendors and service providers.

The Wellfield Manager will lead the construction and operation of the ISR wellfield at Denison's Phoenix Project. The role will oversee wellfield construction activities, contractors, personnel, costs, schedules, and the transition of wellfield assets into operations. This is a site-based leadership role.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the planning and execution of wellfield construction activities, including drilling, well completion, surface infrastructure, and associated systems
• Lead wellfield personnel and contractors and coordinate activities to meet safety, quality, schedule, and budget requirements
• Develop and implement plans for the commissioning and progressive turnover of wellfield assets to Operations
• Monitor wellfield construction progress, costs, schedules, and contractor performance
• Provide technical and operational guidance on wellfield development, maintenance, and production activities
• Collaborate cross-functionally to support project delivery and regulatory compliance
• Support risk assessments, technical reporting, budgeting, and continuous improvement initiatives
• Develop and maintain relationships with key contractors, vendors, and service providers

Requirements

You are an experienced wellfield professional with a strong background in ISR wellfield development, construction, and operations. You bring technical expertise, leadership experience, and the ability to coordinate multiple teams and contractors in a remote project environment. In addition, you have:

• Bachelor's degree in Geological Engineering, Geology, Hydrogeology, Chemical Engineering, or a related discipline
• P. Eng or P. Geo designation and eligibility for registration in Saskatchewan
• 10+ years of progressive experience in wellfield development, construction, or operations, including leadership or project management experience
• Experience with ISR wellfield drilling, well completion, maintenance, and production systems
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Experience managing contractors, budgets, schedules, and project activities
• Previous experience with diamond core, mud rotary, or sonic drilling is an asset
• Proficiency with MS Office and relevant project management or operational software
• Ability and willingness to work in remote locations
