You will work out of our Firebag location, which is our largest In Situ operation and one of the largest in the world (and located 120 km northeast of Fort McMurray, Alberta). This is a Fly-in/Fly-out (FIFO) camp-based position; you will FIFO from a Suncor hub location: Calgary/Edmonton, Alberta or Saskatoon, Saskatchewan. The shift schedule is a 7 days on / 7 days off rotation (7 days on, 7 days off, 7 nights on, 7 nights off; 12-hour shifts). This position is safety sensitive. You will be required to perform some heavy lifting, use ladders and work on elevated work sites such as scaffolds and towers, with the ability to perform in a variety of different environments both indoor and outdoor as well as within confined spaces.
