The role requires 5+ years of pipe/structural welding experience, expertise in SMAW, and preferred GTAW/FCAW and NDE familiarity. You will coordinate tasking, read drawings and drive high-quality fabrication and repairs on plant assets.

Reporting into the Plant Supervisor, the Welding Lead is responsible for overseeing daily shop or field operations to ensure all welding work is completed and meets strict quality, safety, and production standards. The Welding Lead is the primary technical expert responsible for all welding, fabrication, and structural maintenance at the aggregate and materials terminal plant.
