WF Steel & Crane, located south of Edmonton in the Nisku Industrial Park, Alberta, is hiring Journeyman and Apprentice Fitters/Welders to join our fabrication crew. We offer day and night shifts with a night shift premium of $3.00 per hour, a competitive hourly rate plus overtime and benefits after probation. The ideal candidate will have a CWB MCAW certification and strong English communication skills. We value safety, reliability, and the ability to work in a team or autonomously.

Qualifications

• CWB MCAW certification or other CWB tickets preferred.
• Fluent English written and verbal.
• Reliable and punctual with good attendance.
• Willingness to work overtime hours as needed.
• Team player who can also work autonomously in a safety‑sensitive environment.

We are a leading fabricator of structural steel and overhead cranes located south of Edmonton in the Nisku Industrial Park, Alberta. The Position -

An opportunity currently exists for Journeyman & Apprentice Fitters/Welders to join our Fabrication crew (Day shift & Night Shift. Night Shift Premium is an additional $3.00 per hour). We offer a competitive hourly rate plus overtime and benefits (after probationary period). The position is based in Nisku, Alberta.

The Ideal Candidate -

The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and qualities:

• CWB certified in MCAW (other CWB tickets considered an asset)
• Highly developed communication skills
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Reliable and punctual
• Availability to work overtime hours
• A diligent worker who can operate within a team or autonomously as required
• The ability to work in a safety sensitive role at all times
