Job summary

CBI Health is seeking a Clinic Experience Associate to welcome clients entering our clinics, provide friendly support, and answer questions. You will help maintain a positive, organized environment and assist with scheduling, ensuring smooth clinic operations.

This role emphasizes customer service, problem solving, and strong teamwork. You’ll engage with clients through in person, phone, and digital channels, fostering trust and delivering a personalized experience aligned with clinician plans

Qualifications

Experience in front-desk or clinic reception is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
Ability to navigate digital tools and scheduling systems.

Responsibilities

Create a welcoming environment for clients, guests, team members and stakeholders.
Respond to in-person, telephone and digital inquiries promptly and within 24 hours.
Solve problems and anticipate challenges to keep the clinic running smoothly.
Provide personalized interactions and understand what matters to clients.
Schedule private/acute clients based on care plans and clinician availability.
Educate and support clients in using digital tools and online booking.
