Avenue Living Residential invites applications for a casual, part-time Property Maintenance role in Medicine Hat. You will handle snow and ice removal tasks, document activities in Site Fotos, and report problems to the Residential Portfolio Manager while performing other duties as assigned.

The position requires weekend availability, basic labor experience, and a driver’s license with a reliable vehicle. This is a temporary role running from late October 2026 through April 2027.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of general labor experience.
• Technologically savvy.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and clean driving abstract.
• Must be organized and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Complete snow and ice removal logs through Site Fotos application.
• Report any maintenance, snow, and ice control problems to the Residential Portfolio Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
