Job summary

Avenue Living Residential in Red Deer, AB is hiring a casual, part-time, temporary worker to support snow removal and general property upkeep through April 2027.

Responsibilities include completing snow and ice removal logs via Site Foto’s app and reporting maintenance issues to the Residential Portfolio Manager. You must be available Saturdays, Sundays and statutory holidays and have at least one year of general labor experience, good communication, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of general labor experience.
• Must be technologically savvy.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle and clean driver’s abstract.
• Strong communication skills.
• Must be organized and able to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Complete snow and ice removal logs through Site Foto’s application.
• Report any maintenance, snow, and ice control problems to the Residential Portfolio Manager.
• Other duties as assigned.
