What You’ll Do

• Deliver Engaging Lessons: Teach theory and advanced hands-on techniques, including clinical facials, hydra facials, dermabrasion, chemical peels, dermaplaning, laser hair removal, IPL photo facials, skin tightening, microneedling and more.
• Demonstrate & Mentor: Show proper procedures, coach students in practical sessions, and uphold top-tier safety and sanitation standards.
• Assess & Guide: Evaluate student progress through practical exams and projects, offering constructive feedback and personalized support.
• Stay Current: Incorporate emerging trends and technologies into the curriculum to keep programs fresh and in demand.
• Build Community: Actively collaborate in creating content, engage online through social media, encourage a respectful, inclusive learning atmosphere and nurture professional growth—both in the classroom and online.

What We’re Looking For

• Industry Expertise: Solid background in esthetics, with advanced clinical skills including clinical facials, hydra facials, dermabrasion, chemical peels, dermaplaning, laser hair removal, IPL photo facials, skin tightening, and microneedling. Teaching experience is a major plus.
• Communication Skills: Clear, approachable, and adaptive style that resonates with diverse learners.

• Organizational Savvy: Able to maintain student records, track progress data, and manage classroom logistics seamlessly.

Requirements

• Recognized certification or diploma in Esthetics; advanced clinical esthetics certifications strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with safety and hygiene regulations in a teaching setting.
• Proficiency in record management and basic office software (MS Office, Google Workspace, etc.).
