• Specialist in Alumier MD skincare products +/or willing to learn about it.

Responsibilities

•Conduct personalized skin assessments using advanced imaging technology (Aura Facial Scanner).

•Provide tailored treatment recommendations and perform non-invasive facial rejuvenation procedures (Emface, Exion, Clear RF, etc.).

•Lead AlumierMD skincare consultations and recommend customized medical-grade skincare regimens.

•Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment skincare and support long-term results through product and service knowledge.

•Maintain accurate treatment notes and uphold the highest standards in cleanliness, patient care, and professionalism.

•Participate in client-focused events and educational experiences to promote service offerings and patient engagement.

Qualifications

•Licensed Esthetician or Certified Medical Esthetician (Diploma from a recognized institution).

•2+ years of hands-on experience in medical aesthetics or advanced skincare.

•Proficient in clinical-grade skincare (AlumierMD knowledge an asset).

•Experience with energy-based devices or non-invasive facial technologies (training available).

•Passionate about patient experience, skincare education, and results-driven aesthetics.

•Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

•Comfortable in a collaborative, multi-disciplinary clinic setting.
