Germain Hotels in Winnipeg is seeking a Night Auditor to manage night operations, reconcile daily deposits, and ensure accurate reporting. The role requires autonomy and calm decision making in a dynamic environment.

You will handle guest arrivals and departures, support interdepartmental communication, and be prepared to respond to urgent situations during the night shift. A background in hotel or accounting is advantageous, with emphasis on reliability and clear communication.

Responsibilities

We're looking for an autonomous Night Auditor with an open and empathetic attitude, who will be responsible for guest arrivals and departures, as well as recording the day's transactions and always being ready to respond to an urgent situation.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Perform all night audit accounting tasks, including: reconciling deposits, resolving account chargebacks and producing reports.
• Ensure the security of the premises during the night, which means knowing how to make important decisions in the event of an emergency.
• Check-in and check-out guests, verify and detail them, and ensure that internal activities run smoothly, so that communication with the next morning's work team and colleagues in other departments always runs smoothly.
