Job summary

Yourchamber is seeking compassionate individuals for caregiving roles in Leduc and surrounding areas. We offer a robust training program for both experienced and new caregivers, with full-time and part-time positions available. Flexible weekends are required, and a valid driver's license with auto insurance is preferred.

Starting wages range from $17.00/hr to $19.00/hr, with opportunities for career advancement in a supportive work environment and ongoing education.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide companionship and support in daily activities.
• Willingness to complete background checks and provide driver information.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and light housekeeping.
• Prepare meals and assist with daily living activities.
• Remind about medications and run errands, transport to appointments.
• Assist with bathing, grooming, dressing, and toileting; Alzheimer’s/Dementia care as needed.

Job Responsibilities

• Companionship, light housekeeping, meal preparation
• Medication reminders, running errands, transportation to appointments
• Personal Care which includes bathing, grooming, dressing and toileting
• Assisting with activities of daily living and specialized Alzheimer’s/Dementia care

Requirements

• Treat clients with dignity and respect
• Valid driver's license and auto insurance
• Background Checks and Clear Driver's Abstract

Availability Requirement:

Applicants must be available to work weekends (starting at 6:00 AM on Sundays), and occasional holidays. Flexibility is required based on client care needs.
