Job summary

Amica Support Office in Toronto, ON seeks a Website Coordinator for a 3-month full-time contract with a hybrid schedule (in-office Mon, Tue, Wed). You will support the Digital Experience Manager, roll out new pages, ensure accessibility, and optimize site performance.

Qualified candidates have 5+ years of enterprise CMS experience (Sitecore preferred), strong HTML/CSS, and ability to collaborate with developers and external partners.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience with an enterprise CMS platform, with preference for Sitecore.
  • University degree from a related field.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.
  • Professional working experience with website design, user experience on either a client-side role or agency/service provider.
  • Strong HTML knowledge and web development proficiency and CSS.
  • Strong understanding of website architecture and technologies, ability to communicate with developers.
  • Understanding of accessibility best practices (WCAG).
  • Experience working with enterprise level digital asset management systems.

Responsibilities

  • Support Website Manager with day-to-day content updates, page builds, and section redesigns as needed and requested by internal stakeholders.
  • Work with Jira for project tracking and SIT, UAT QA testing and follow web governance policies to maintain consistency and brand standards.
  • Managing and working with web development partner to design and develop front-end and back-end web architectures and integrations and maintain relevant hosting & infrastructure environments not limited to development, staging/test and production.
  • Optimize page load speeds, debug pages, and fix broken links or images.
  • Maintain integrations with other digital platforms & systems i.e. Yardi, Talk Further.

WEBSITE COORDINATOR
Amica Support Office (Toronto, ON)

Full-Time Contract (3 months)

Hybrid - in office Mon, Tue, Wed

Amica embraces pay- for- performance compensation philosophy and offers a competitive total compensation package designed to reward performance.

Expected Salary Range :$51,000 to $63,000

Vacation:Generous annual vacation entitlement, aligned with company policy.

Compensation is determined based on skills, experience, and qualifications. Candidates whose experience surpasses the expectations for this role may be eligible for compensation above the advertised range.

The Opportunity

During this short-term contract (3 months), you will support our Digital Experience Manager with the day-to-day management of Amica’s public-facing website. You will support an exciting digital initiative where you will be responsible for rollout our new pages that will ultimately be responsible for ensuring our site and digital experiences are engaging, user-friendly, accessible and conversion rate optimized. This role will require in-depth technical knowledge balanced with a customer‑centric approach.
