Job description

Review and edit content within the content management system, ensuring adherence to writing, brand, and web standards to enhance overall user experience.

Manage website taxonomy, content structure, and tagging for optimal organization.

Optimize landing pages, reinforce branding, and improve user experience.

Ensure content is published to enable tracking and measurement of performance.

Monitor, measure, and assess content performance regularly.

Develop advanced forms and automate lead generation processes on the website.

Prepare web analytics reports, providing insights and recommendations to achieve goals.

Assist in managing content translation processes and related technologies.

Create detailed requirements, system documentation, user guides, and conduct user acceptance testing.

Perform routine maintenance to ensure content accuracy and system health.

Support the digital marketing team in managing various digital platforms.

Apply SEO best practices to maximize website reach.

Administer content within the CMS for system health and ease of maintenance.

Provide consulting on web content delivery and best practices to marketing teams.

Perform additional project or web support duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Experience managing CMS platforms and maintaining consistency with editorial style guides for corporate websites.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels.

Experience with enterprise CMS; Sitecore preferred.

Knowledge of web best practices including UX, design, privacy, optimization, SEO, and ADA compliance.

Experience in content creation, publishing, and managing customer-facing websites.

Experience collaborating with external web developers and internal IT teams.

Proficiency with project tracking tools like JIRA.

HTML/CSS skills for custom web layouts.

Knowledge of UX fundamentals, responsive design, and ADA standards.

Experience managing large, multilingual corporate websites.

Excellent analytical and project management skills.

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud.

Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship.

Required:

Degree in Marketing, Digital Technologies, or related fields.

5-10 years in digital marketing and CMS management.

Strong HTML/CSS skills.

Preferred:

Experience with Sitecore, HubSpot, Google Analytics.

Understanding of website infrastructure and deployment.

Experience with enterprise search platforms and Bootstrap framework.
