Job summary

Reitmans Canada Limited is seeking a Web Merchandiser who blends fashion sense with data-driven insight to elevate online collections. You will curate product presentation, optimize categories, and ensure a compelling, shoppable digital experience across Reitmans, RW&CO, and PENN brands.

Collaborating with E-commerce, Merchandising, Marketing and Creative teams, you will turn trends into actions, analyze customer behavior and ensure accurate product information, imagery and pricing across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a business-related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in retail, e-commerce or merchandising.
• Experience with web analytics and Excel required.

Responsibilities

• Curate and optimize product presentation, categories and collections for an inspiring online experience.
• Manage product sorting, search results, navigation and recommendations to maximize visibility and sales.
• Highlight new arrivals and seasonal collections in line with brand priorities and promotions.
• Analyze customer behavior and conversion trends to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Ensure product information, imagery, pricing and promotional content are accurate and consistent.
• Collaborate with E-commerce, Merchandising, Marketing, Planning and Creative teams on campaigns and launches.

What You’ll Do

• Bring fashion to life online: Curate and optimize product presentation, categories and collections to create an inspiring, easy-to-shop digital experience.
• Make every product count: Manage product sorting, search results, navigation and recommendations to maximize visibility and drive sales.
• Stay ahead of the trends: Highlight new arrivals, key styles and seasonal collections while aligning with brand priorities, promotions and inventory.
• Turn insights into action: Analyze customer behaviour, product performance and conversion trends to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Keep the details on point: Ensure product information, imagery, pricing and promotional content are accurate, engaging and consistent across the website.
• Make it happen together: Collaborate with E-commerce, Merchandising, Marketing, Planning and Creative teams to execute campaigns, launches and digital initiatives.

Qualifications

Who You Are

• University degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce or merchandising is considered an asset.
• Familiarity with web administration tools, merchandising and planning systems, web analytics and Excel.
• Bilingual in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and partners across Canada.
