Job summary

Reitmans (Canada) Limited is seeking a Digital Merchandiser to unite fashion instinct with data-driven decisions to elevate our online collections. You will curate product presentation, optimize sorting and navigation, and turn insights into action to improve online performance.

The role collaborates across E-commerce, Merchandising, Marketing, Planning and Creative teams to execute campaigns and launches in a hybrid work environment.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
• Experience in retail, e-commerce or merchandising is asset.
• Familiarity with web administration tools, merchandising and planning systems, web analytics, Google Analytics, and Excel as well as Shopify.
• Bilingual in French and English, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and partners across Canada.

Responsibilities

• Curate and optimize product presentation to create an inspiring, easy-to-shop digital experience.
• Manage product sorting, search results, navigation and recommendations to maximize visibility and drive sales.
• Highlight new arrivals, key styles and seasonal collections aligned with brand priorities.
• Analyze customer behaviour, product performance and conversion trends to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Ensure product information, imagery, pricing and promotional content are accurate and consistent across the website.
• Collaborate with E-commerce, Merchandising, Marketing, Planning and Creative teams to execute campaigns and launches.

What You’ll Do

• Bring fashion to life online: Curate and optimize product presentation, categories and collections to create an inspiring, easy-to-shop digital experience.
• Make every product count: Manage product sorting, search results, navigation and recommendations to maximize visibility and drive sales.
• Stay ahead of the trends: Highlight new arrivals, key styles and seasonal collections while aligning with brand priorities, promotions and inventory.
• Turn insights into action: Analyze customer behaviour, product performance and conversion trends to identify opportunities and improve results.
• Keep the details on point: Ensure product information, imagery, pricing and promotional content are accurate, engaging and consistent across the website.
• Make it happen together: Collaborate with E-commerce, Merchandising, Marketing, Planning and Creative teams to execute campaigns, launches and digital initiatives.
