About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Web Developer to join our team. You will develop, optimize, and maintain our websites, including lead capture tooling. As part of the marketing team, you will deliver high-performance, user-friendly digital experiences aligned with our business needs. You will own projects from start to finish, shaping technical solutions and improving user experience.

What You'll Do

• Develop and maintain web applications
• Integrate and customize headless CMS platforms, preferably Contentstack
• Optimize websites for performance, accessibility, SEO, and lead capture
• Collaborate with internal teams on A/B testing frameworks
• Maintain DevOps pipelines and deployment processes
• Manage multiple web projects simultaneously
• Identify and resolve technical challenges to improve user experience

About You

You are a skilled web developer who creates elegant, responsive, and scalable web solutions. You thrive in fast-paced environments, managing multiple projects with attention to detail. You move quickly without breaking things, enjoy solving problems, collaborating, and seeking continual improvement. Your communication is clear, and you take ownership of projects to see them through to success.

Qualifications

• Expertise in semantic HTML, Tailwind CSS, JavaScript, React.js, Next.js, Typescript
• Experience with headless CMS integrations (Contentstack preferred)
• Strong skills in performance optimization, accessibility, and SEO
• Experience with lead capture tooling, preferably in SaaS
• Experience with A/B testing for web optimization
• Familiarity with server-side languages like Python or Node.js
• Knowledge of APIs, authentication, scripting, serverless functions, and DevOps pipelines
• High attention to detail and quality
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
