Job summary

One Net is a creative and digital marketing agency partnering with top brands since 2007. We seek a designer to craft engaging web designs, digital and print graphics, and apply design thinking across brand projects. You’ll collaborate with the Creative Director and tight-knit team to iterate concepts and deliver compelling campaigns.

The role emphasizes grid-based layout, color theory, typography, and a passion for technology-driven design within a growing agency environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience at an agency, a software product company, or as a freelancer, plus a strong portfolio of work that demonstrates your skills
• A passion for new technology and figuring out how things work (and visualizing it)
• Strong knowledge of colour theory, typography, and composition skills
• You get excited about how content and design play together
• A love of grid-based layout and an understanding of how to break it tastefully
• A love for working with teams; culture and attitude are a big part of our agency
• Confidence in communicating design decisions with solid rationale to team members and clients. We love a great presentation (we hope you do too!)

Responsibilities

• Participate in team concepting sessions, design reviews, and prepare for client deliveries

We are a confident yet growing group that’s ready to fill the world with quality design and memorable campaigns to increase engagement with brands.

What you'll do

What you'll bring

• Experience with UI or product design
• An understanding of After Effects
• Experience with low-code platforms like Webflow
