Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in Fine Arts/Graphic Design; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
• 3+ years of experience in graphic design; portfolio required.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• An AI-positive mindset and strong production understanding for print and digital.

Salary Range: $55,000 - $65,000 per year, plus eligibility for company bonus and benefits

SUMMARY

We’reon the hunt for a Graphic Designer to join our dynamic creative team. In this role,you’llwork on a wide range of design projects, from concept development to final execution, all while honing your skills and contributing to impactful campaigns.You will collaborate with other members of the Creative Teamand Think Shift staffin a fun andgrowth mindsetenvironment.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

90% Graphic Designand Collaboration

• Designed visually compelling graphics for digital and print media, including social media, websites, advertisements, and marketing collateral
• Collaborate withcreative, media, and account teams with the support of senior lead creatives to develop creative concepts aligned with brand strategy and campaign goals
• Collaborateandparticipatein meetingswith the account services team to gather input and provide recommendations
• Prepare, adapt, and execute visual communication materials across print and digitalmediums
• Maintain adherence toclient brand standards, production specifications, and quality expectationsto ensure consistent visual identity across all platforms
• Translate client briefs into visually compelling designs that meet brand guidelines
• Collaborate with the account services team to gather input and provide recommendations
• Participate in brainstorming sessions, contributing creative ideas and solutions
• Work on multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines andmaintainingquality
• Estimate hoursrequiredto complete tasks and adhere to project plans and timelines

Functional (Technical Skills & Education):

• Diploma/Degree in Fine Arts/Graphic Design; an equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered
• 3+years of experience in graphic design.(Portfolio required)
• Proficiencyin Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)and Figma.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office software (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)

• Expert understanding of production (print and digital)
• Strong comprehension for web design and layout
• Strong comprehension of typography and overall designacumen
• Ability to manage multiple design projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines andmaintainingattention to detail without sacrificing accuracy
• Ability to creative user-centered web designs for web and mobile interfaces, improving usability and engagement
• Ability to solve problems independently and in large teams
• Considered assets:
• Understandingof, and the abilityto develop HTML5 animations based on established storyboards
• Understandingof 3Dand/orvideo animation
• Understanding of HubSpot
