Job summary

NextGenEnergyJobs is seeking a content-focused professional to support the development and delivery of clear, impactful Esri-related content for customers. You will edit knowledge base articles, collaborate with subject matter experts, and publish material across channels to improve customer understanding of ArcGIS tools.

The role emphasizes writing, editing, and project management, with opportunities to contribute to content strategy and training materials for diverse user groups.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience in content creation, editing, technical writing, communications, marketing, or related field.
• Excellent writing, editing, proofreading, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong technical writing, developmental editing, and copyediting skills, with ability to communicate complex information clearly.
• Experience tailoring content for diverse audiences and adapting tone and style.
• Editing and publishing web content, including HTML and CMS best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple projects with strong organization and time management.
• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to achieve goals.
• Analytical skills to translate insights into recommendations.
• Willingness to learn; familiarity with Salesforce, ArcGIS products.

Responsibilities

• Edit and maintain technical support knowledge base content for accuracy and usability.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts to resolve questions and improve content quality.
• Write, edit, and publish engaging content for multiple audiences and channels.
• Coordinate and deliver communications for technical support projects including distributor content.
• Support customer communications and campaigns through established workflows.
• Analyze content performance and stakeholder feedback to identify improvements.
• Manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines while adapting to changing needs.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to align messaging and customer experience goals.
