Job summary

Feathery is seeking a Senior Leader, Head of Wealth Solutions, Canada, to act as the in-house wealth management expert and lead the Canadian wealth practice. You will originate and lead strategic opportunities, build senior client relationships, and drive adoption across key accounts in Canada’s wealth ecosystems.

You will partner with Sales, Solutions Engineering, Product and Delivery to shape the roadmap, evangelize Feathery at industry events, and represent wealth customer needs in

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Canadian wealth management, ideally at Director or VP level.
• Strong understanding of wealth workflows, operating models, and industry dynamics.
• Established network across Canada's wealth management ecosystem.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Feathery's wealth domain expert in strategic client conversations.
• Explain Feathery products to wealth workflows (onboarding, KYC, suitability, advisory servicing).
• Drive adoption, build playbooks, and enable post-sales best practices.
