We are partnering with a respected Canadian financial services firm to hire a Wealth Planner (Senior) for their growing team in Calgary.

This is a leadership-oriented, client-facing role for a seasoned financial planning professional ready to deliver thoughtful advice and drive meaningful client outcomes.

Your Impact

• Provide comprehensive financial planning across investments, retirement, tax, insurance, and estate
• Build and maintain trusted client relationships through proactive engagement and consistent delivery
• Support integrated planning by working with accountants and other professionals
• Lead and mentor a small team to ensure high standards of service and compliance
• Identify opportunities to grow client relationships and contribute to business development
• Ensure full alignment with internal policies, industry regulations, and planning best practices

What You Bring

• 8–10 years of financial planning experience
• Certified Financial Planner (CFP) and Chartered Investment Manager (CIM) designations required
• An insurance license is an asset
• Proven ability to deliver complex planning solutions and build long-term client relationships
• Leadership mindset, strong communication skills, and business acumen
• Entrepreneurial drive with a passion for financial wellness and client success
