Job summary

Wellington-Altus Private Wealth in Toronto seeks an Investment Associate to support portfolio administration, client requests, and regulatory compliance. You will serve as a primary contact for clients, assist with onboarding, and help deliver a high-quality client experience under the Stovel Asset Management team.

The role requires a bachelor's or master's degree in finance or related field, 1–3 years in wealth management, and licensing or active pursuit of licensing.

Qualifications

• Degree in business, accounting, finance or related field; equivalent experience considered.
• 1–3 years of relevant industry exposure; wealth management is a strong asset.
• Investment Representative license or pursuing appropriate licensing.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook).

Responsibilities

• Support portfolio administration and day-to-day service requests.
• Coordinate client requests and ensure timely, accurate processing.
• Maintain regulatory compliance and client files per CIRO standards.
• Assist with client onboarding and meeting preparation; provide market quotes.
• Deliver a high-quality client experience and proactive problem solving.
