Job summary

Prior wealth management or regulated industry experience is preferred, with licensing pursued as needed. The role emphasizes accuracy, attention to detail, and proactive process improvements within a highly automated environment.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary degree in business, accounting, finance or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 financial services experience in a high-growth environment.
• IR registration or licensing is an asset; willingness to pursue licensure.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Support advisors with execution and processing of trades and investments per client instructions and policy.
• Process client purchases, redemptions, transfers, deposits and withdrawals accurately and timely.
• Prepare documentation for trade execution, account administration, and client transactions.
• Maintain client account data across CRM and firm systems with accuracy.
• Coordinate with internal departments and custodians to resolve issues and facilitate activity.
• Produce reports and administrative materials to support daily operations.
• Identify process improvements to increase efficiency and automation.
