ScotiaMcLeod, part of Scotia Wealth Management, seeks a Senior Associate to support a Wealth Advisor by delivering high‑quality client service and driving business development.

You will identify opportunities, leverage product knowledge to grow assets, and partner with Total Wealth Specialists to strengthen client relationships. You’ll prepare reports and create client communications, ensuring efficient, logged processes across the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in the securities industry.
• Approval as a Registered Representative (RR) with the Canadian Investment Regulatory Organization (CIRO).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Meticulous attention to detail and excellent time management.
• Exceptional client service skills and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Identify new business opportunities to gather additional assets and/or increase revenue.
• Utilize in-depth knowledge of products and services to identify opportunities within the existing client base.
• Work with Advisor and Total Wealth Specialists to deepen client relationships.
• Prepare, analyze, and present reports and recommendations to clients.
• Collaborate with the Advisor to develop and distribute client communications and marketing pieces.
• Regularly review practices to ensure administrative processes are streamlined and tasks are completed and logged for tracking.

Position

Senior Associate — you will work closely with a Wealth Advisor in the development and management of their book of business by providing effective client service and contributing to business development and sales activities.
