Qualifications

• Typically 2–3 years of relevant experience and a post-secondary degree in a related field or equivalent.
• Advanced knowledge of investment process and procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of proprietary products and services to identify client needs.
• Relevant investment industry licensing for the designated jurisdiction/portfolio.
• Strong verbal and written communication, organization, collaboration, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides administrative and operational support for financial and investment planning and advice to deliver an exceptional customer experience.
• Identifies gaps, issues, and best practices while monitoring sales and service targets.
• Builds and maintains client relationships through internal referrals and external marketing initiatives.
