Job summary

BMO Nesbitt Burns in Canada is seeking a client‑focused administrator to support Investment Advisors and private wealth branch operations with day‑to‑day administration and exceptional client service.

You will coordinate marketing activities, assist with client meetings, handle routine requests, maintain client databases, and help protect client assets while upholding regulatory requirements, in a collaborative team setting.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of relevant experience or equivalent education in wealth services.
• Knowledge of wealth management operations and branch processes is an asset.
• Familiarity with traditional and non-traditional investment products a plus.
• Licensing and certifications for the role’s jurisdiction may be required.

Responsibilities

• Supports Investment Advisors and IA teams with day-to-day admin and client service.
• Coordinates marketing activities for the advisory team (website, social, events).
• Assists in preparing for client meetings and schedules appointments.
• Handles routine client requests, wires/transfers, and account updates.
• Generates reports and maintains client databases and files.
• Ensures tasks are assigned and completed, with risk and compliance in mind.
