BMO is seeking a branch-based associate in Canada to deliver exceptional customer service and guidance on financial solutions that best fit client needs. You will welcome customers, identify opportunities, and collaborate with partners to grow relationships beyond personal banking.

The role emphasizes a consultative sales approach, cross-channel support, and adherence to risk and regulatory standards while delivering a seamless customer experience across branches.

Formación

• 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field desirable or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Canada only: Registration to sell investment products completed or in progress within 12 months.
• Confident and experienced in the use of social media, tablets, smartphones, online tools, and applications.
