Job summary

Bank of Montreal in Canada seeks a client-focused professional to support Investment Advisors and the IA Team, providing day-to-day administration and exceptional client service at the branch level.

You will book meetings, assist with account openings, transfers, and client inquiries while ensuring compliance and confidentiality. A strong knowledge of financial processes and licensing requirements is expected.

Responsibilities

• Supports one or more Investment Advisors and IA Team and staff, and branch operations with day-to-day administration and provides exceptional client service.
• Books meetings with new prospects and prepares introductory package for the prospect/referral.
• Coordinates marketing activities and client events on behalf of the advisory team.
• Assists with account setup, transfers, wires and money movements, and manages client inquiries.
