Job summary

BMO Financial Group is seeking a client-focused professional to support Investment Advisors and branch operations with day-to-day administration and exceptional client service. You will book meetings, coordinate marketing activities, prepare client portfolio reviews, handle inquiries, and ensure compliance, while developing client relationships and contributing to the advisory team's objectives.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of relevant experience and/or certification in related field.
• Advanced knowledge of investment process and procedures.
• Advanced knowledge of administrative processes and procedures.
• Licensing and certification requirements for the branch/jurisdiction.

Responsibilities

• Book meetings with new prospects and prepare introductory package.
• Coordinate marketing activities for the advisory team.
• Prepare client portfolio reviews and schedule client calls.
• Handle client inquiries, account maintenance, and transfers.
• Process client trades and money movements; maintain client files.
• Maintain client databases and regulatory documentation.
• Mentor junior team members and support technology issues.
