Job summary

Canada Life is seeking a Temporary Full Time Client Service Processor for a 6-month contract in Montreal. The role focuses on timely digital distribution of documents, cheques and emails to Wealth Management teams and collaboration with internal teams.

Ideal candidates have strong organization, attention to detail, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Bilingual English/French is an asset and often required in Quebec.

Qualifications

• Excellent organizational skills.
• Analytical and detail oriented.
• On Base (imaging system) experience an asset.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Good interpersonal and team building skills.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Triage incoming mail and faxes for the wealth teams within time standards.
• Work closely with other admin areas regarding inter-team paperwork.
• Assist with non-financial processing when required, while meeting service standard deadlines.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss efficiencies and work on improving processes.
• Provide support for small projects, as required.
• Monitor and manage the team shared email boxes.
• Responsible for workflow distribution on new imaging system.
