Job summary

Canada Life in Montreal is seeking a Client Service Processor on a 6-month contract to handle the timely digital distribution of documents, cheques and emails across the Wealth Management teams. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and proficiency with MS Office.

On Base imaging experience is an asset, and bilingual French/English skills are valued, especially for Quebec. You will triage mail, collaborate with admin areas, support small projects, monitor shared inboxes,

Description: Temporary Full Time

We are looking for a Client Service Processor (6 months Contract).The position will be responsible for the timely digital distribution of documents, cheques and emails to the Savings, Retirement Income, and Quadrus team members. The successful candidate will work closely with other teams within Wealth Management.

What you will do

• Triage incoming mail and faxes for the wealth teams within time standards
• Work closely with other admin areas regarding inter-team paperwork
• Assist with non-financial processing when required, while meeting service standard deadlines.
• Participate in team meetings to discuss efficiencies and work on improving processes.

As this position is posted in several locations, we specify that bilingualism is an asset (fluent in French) but is required for Quebec only as the position will regularly serve our clients with French and English-speaking needs.

This position will be located in the Montreal head office.

The base salary for this position is between $38,700 - $52,400 annually. This represents base salary only and does not represent other variable compensation components of our total compensation ( i.e. annual bonus, commission etc).
