Job summary

Kuehne+Nagel in Mississauga is hiring for a Wavedesk Analyst to maintain service levels, perform data entry, and drive process improvements across Contract Logistics. You will support order flow, prioritize urgent requests, and generate reports to keep operations efficient.

Ideal candidates have 2+ years in logistics and strong Excel/TMS/WMS/SAP skills, with flexible shifts and overtime as needed. This role supports global trade flows from the Mississauga location.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in the logistics, transportation, supply chain, or distribution industry.
• 2+ years of customer-facing/customer service experience.
• 2+ years of dispatching/coordinating shipments, drivers, deliveries, or transportation activities.
• Strong computer skills with MS Office, Excel, TMS, WMS, SAP, and dispatch software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Availability to work periodic overtime and a variety of shifts.

Responsibilities

• Review incoming orders at regular intervals and release.
• Allocate orders to ensure healthy workflow to meet productivity and SLA targets.
• Assign picking tasks to the pickers.
• Ensure orders are released and packed in accordance with TDG requirements.
• Investigate orders that do not flow as designed by the system and help resolve.
• Review order details and set priority for urgent orders and customer requests.
• Review emails and action items related to order flow.
• Generate status reports for the operational team indicating targets are met.
• Identify roadblocks/anomalies and help clear to ensure flow.
• Handle customer requests and follow up with customers via email.
• Data entry and generating reports (LFP, Linehaul, etc.).
• Escalate issues to Supervisors and Team Leads.

The Wavedesk Analyst is accountable for maintaining excellent service levels for our internal and external customers through accurate data entry, continuous process improvement and the prompt resolution of issues.

our Mississauga, Canadan location is looking for a new Wavedesk Analyst to join our Contract Logistics team.

• Review incoming orders at regular intervals and release;
• Allocate orders to ensure healthy workflow to allow productivity and/or SLA targets to be met
• Assign picking tasks to the pickers;
• If required; ensure orders are released and packed in accordance with TDG requirements;
• Investigate orders that do not flow as designed by the system and help resolve;
• Review order details and set priority for urgent orders and customer requests;
• Review emails and action items related to order flow;
• Generate status report for operational team indicating if targets are being met;
• Identify roadblocks/anomalies and help clear to ensure operations flows accordingly;
• Handle customer requests and follow up with customers via email.
• Re-print documents and filing as required;
• Communicate with clients on problem that they can support to resolve;
• Data entry and generating reports as required (LFP, Linehaul, etc.)
• Escalate issue to Supervisors and Team Leads;

Base wage is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
