Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Contract Logistics, 3PL, Distribution Centre, or Warehouse environment.
• 7+ years of warehouse leadership and inventory management experience including P/L management.
• Experience working in a Unionized distribution center/warehouse environment with an understanding of collective bargaining agreements.
• Must have a continuous improvement mindset.

• Ensure billing and invoicing accuracy.

The target base salary range for this position is between $107,000.00 and $134,000.00. Base salary is part of a competitive total rewards package that includes health and welfare benefits, a 401k retirement savings plan, tuition reimbursement, and incentive compensation for eligible roles. Individual pay may vary from the target range and is determined by a number of factors including experience, skills, job location, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations.
