You’ll read drawings, coordinate with clients and general contractors, manage materials and crews across multiple sites, and mentor workers to uphold workmanship and safety. Salary CAD 75,000–95,000; full-time onsite.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years’ experience in construction.
• Minimum 4 years’ experience in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• DCS/DEC or equivalent post-secondary education preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor project progress in collaboration with fellow Site Supervisors and field staff; identify and address inefficiencies
• Ensure compliance with all safety policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements
• Review project drawings, specifications, and scope with site teams
• Coordinate effectively with clients and General Contractors
• Oversee material ordering, delivery, and site organization
• Maintain accurate weekly timesheet records
• Coordinate equipment logistics and site deliveries
• Support day-to-day operational requirements across multiple job sites
• Provide on-site mentorship, guidance, and training to crew members to support skill development and maintain high standards of workmanship and safety

As we continue to grow, we are looking for a Waterproofing Site Superintendent to join our team and oversee the successful execution of waterproofing projects. This role is ideal for an experienced leader in the waterproofing industry who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

What You’ll Do

• Hours of Work: M-F, 7:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. + Occasional weekend work based on operational needs
• Salary: $75,000 – $95,000 (based on experience)
• Reports To: Production Manager - Waterproofing & Restoration
• Pay Schedule: Paid bi-weekly, every second Friday
