Job summary

Bothwell-Accurate in Mississauga is seeking a Cladding Project Coordinator to support Project Managers in coordinating multiple cladding projects from startup through completion.

The developmental role offers growth toward Assistant Project Manager and Project Manager with exposure to high-profile commercial, industrial, and institutional projects. A strong foundation in construction coordination is required.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in construction-related fields is preferred.
• Experience with cladding, façade systems, or building envelopes is an asset.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook; familiarity with Bluebeam or similar PM software.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate communication among internal teams, field operations, contractors, consultants, suppliers, and subcontractors.
• Review drawings, specs, scope, estimates, and schedules to support project startup and ongoing coordination.
• Manage shop drawings, submittals, RFIs, and related document control.

WhatYou’llDo

• SupportmultipleProjectManagersandprojectsbycoordinatingcommunicationandinformationbetweeninternalteams,fieldoperations,GeneralContractors,consultants,suppliers,manufacturers,subcontractors,andotherprojectstakeholders.
• Assistwithprojectstartupandongoingcoordinationbyreviewingdrawings,specifications,scope,estimates,schedules,andotherprojectdocuments,andhelpidentifyrequirements,responsibilities,deliverables,andpotentialissues.
• Coordinatetheshopdrawing,submittal,andRFIprocess,includingsitemeasurementsandscanninginformation,draftingcoordination,reviews,submissions,comments,revisions,samples,productdata,colourselections,mockups,andapprovals.
• AssistProjectManagerswithprojectschedules,materialprocurement,supplierandsubcontractorquotations,RequisitionForms,PurchaseOrderdocumentation,fabricationanddeliverytracking,andfollow-uponitemsthatmayaffectprojectprogress.
• Support site and logistical planning, including site access, deliveries, staging, material handling, cranes, lifts, equipment, permits, orientations, and coordination with field supervisors, installers, General Contractors, and site teams
• Participateininternal,client,consultant,supplier,subcontractor,andsitecoordinationmeetings;assistwithmeetingpreparation,recordminutesandactionitemswhenrequired,andfollowuponoutstandingcommitments.
• AssistwithprojectcostanddocumentationcontrolbytrackingPurchaseOrders,supplierandsubcontractorcommitments,pricingbackup,quantities,billinginformation,projectcosts,schedules,safetydocumentation,andotherrequiredprojectrecords.
• Supportprojectsthroughcompletionbycoordinatingdeficiencies,inspections,warrantyitems,closeoutdocumentation,andoutstandingprojectrequirements,whilefollowingBothwell-Accurateandsite-specificsafetyproceduresandpromptlyescalatingconcernstotheappropriateteammember.

WhatYouBringtotheTeam

• Post-secondaryeducationinConstructionEngineering,CivilEngineering,ArchitecturalTechnology,BuildingScience,ConstructionManagement,orarelatedfield,orequivalentrelevantconstructionexperience,ispreferred.Candidatescurrentlycompletingarelevantprogrammayalsobeconsidered.
• Previousexperienceorexposuretocladding,façadesystems,architecturalpanels,buildingenvelopeconstruction,drafting,scanning,orcommercialconstructionisanasset,butnotrequired.
• ProficiencywithMicrosoftOfficeapplications,particularlyExcelandOutlook,andfamiliaritywithBluebeamorsimilarconstructiondocumentandproject-managementsoftware.ExperiencewithAutoCADisanassetbutnotrequired.
• Strongorganizational,communication,problem-solving,andtime-managementskills,withtheabilitytomanagemultipleprioritiesandfollowthroughoncommitments.
• Self-motivatedanddependable,withtheabilitytoworkindependentlywhilecollaboratingeffectivelyinafast-paced,team-orientedenvironment.
