Job summary

Flynn-Group-of-Companie is looking for a Waterproofer to prevent water intrusion in commercial buildings. You will apply membranes, coatings, and sealants using torch-applied, self-adhesive, or liquid-applied methods to protect floors, walls and roofs.

Responsibilities include installing Hot Rubber, Torch on Membrane, Urethane Coating Systems, and Blindside Waterproofing Systems, with a solid grasp of waterproofing above and below grade and familiarity with roofing installation.

Qualifications

• Experience with waterproofing systems for commercial buildings.
• Familiarity with torch-applied, hot-applied and liquid-applied methods.
• Knowledge of above-/below-grade waterproofing applications.

Role: Waterproofer

Summary: Implementing measures to prevent water from entering through walls, floors, roofs, and other vulnerable areas of a commercial building. By applying membranes, coatings, and sealants using specialized techniques like torch-applied, self-adhesive, or liquid-applied methods.

Daily responsibilities:

• Installation of Hot Rubber, Torch on Membrane, Urethan Coating Systems, and Blindside Waterproofing Systems
• Have a strong understanding of waterproofing systems, above and below grade
• Experience with application methods including torch applied, hot applied (hot rubber), as well as a good understanding of commercial roofing installation
