Job summary

Flynn Group of Companies in Mississauga is seeking a Waterproofer to apply membranes, coatings, and sealants to prevent water intrusion in commercial buildings using torch-applied, self-adhesive, or liquid-applied methods.

The role includes installing Hot Rubber, Torch on Membrane, Urethane Coating Systems, and Blindside Waterproofing Systems, with a strong understanding of waterproofing above and below grade and experience in torch-applied and hot-applied methods for commercial roofing

Qualifications

• Experience with waterproofing systems for commercial buildings.
• Familiarity with torch-applied and hot-applied waterproofing methods.

Responsibilities

• Installation of Hot Rubber, Torch on Membrane, Urethane Coating Systems, and Blindside Waterproofing Systems.
• Have a strong understanding of waterproofing systems, above and below grade.
• Experience with application methods including torch applied, hot applied (hot rubber), as well as a good understanding of commercial roofing installation.

Role: Waterproofer

Summary: Implementing measures to prevent water from entering through walls, floors, roofs, and other vulnerable areas of a commercial building. By applying membranes, coatings, and sealants using specialized techniques like torch-applied, self-adhesive, or liquid-applied methods.

Daily responsibilities:

• Installation of Hot Rubber, Torch on Membrane, Urethan Coating Systems, and Blindside Waterproofing Systems
• Have a strong understanding of waterproofing systems, above and below grade
• Experience with application methods including torch applied, hot applied (hot rubber), as well as a good understanding of commercial roofing installation
