Job summary

World Waterpark Information Centre Attendants coordinate sales of products and services and help guests have a fun, memorable experience at West Edmonton Mall's World Waterpark.

This part-time role requires flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays, and basic security clearance. Responsibilities span information, ticketing, admissions, and guest services across the park's attractions.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service and working with a team.
• Ability to mentor employees new to the workforce is a plus.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel and Outlook; adaptable to other software.

Responsibilities

• Provide information on hours, events, rentals, programming, concessions and attractions.
• Assist with birthdays, Toddler Time, park status, and rental bookings.
• Process daily admissions, rentals, passes, birthday parties, and event tickets.
• Cash out and balance sales at the end of each shift.
• Contact customers about bookings, and email/fax information and confirmations.
• Work shifts in Guest Services and Tube Shack ticketing areas.
• Lift boxes or items up to 20 kg.
• Keep all areas clean and stocked; maintain professional dress code.
• Assist in other duties as assigned.
