Job summary

An outdoor education provider in Vancouver is seeking Waterfront Team Leaders to supervise waterfront activities and support camp staff. Qualifications

• Must hold a current National Lifeguard certification.
• Clear police information check with Vulnerable Sector Screening.
• Current Standard First Aid with C or higher.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the waterfront swimming program and lifeguarding.
• Communicate with Outdoor Education clients for satisfaction.
• Coordinate camp-wide resources and events.
• Perform administrative and organizational tasks.
• Support other Team Leaders as required.
