Job summary

ILSC Education Group seeks an Activity Leader for the Vancouver Junior Summer Camp in Vancouver, BC. You will support student welfare, supervise activities, and help with orientation and transportation coordination.

This role is part‑time during a 6‑week program with on‑site duties and varied hours. Ideal candidates have experience with teens in camps, a background in winter sports, and energy to motivate participants.

Qualifications

• Experience working with teenagers in a camp or extra-curricular activity environment.
• Background in winter sports, and social media
• Enthusiasm, energy, and motivational skills
• Must be legally eligible to work in Canada without any restriction to work in childcare, primary/secondary school teaching, or health service field occupations.

Responsibilities

• Greet students at airport upon their arrival and connect them with the driver to homestay.
• Assist with Student Orientation and weekly activities at the ILSC Vancouver campus.
• Attend daily staff meetings and assist with planning for the following day.
• Supervise students during activities and excursions, ensuring health and safety.
• Monitor incidents of discrimination or conflict and report to management.
• Complete attendance reports and assist in evaluations of activities.
