Job summary

TEAM Group in Mount Albert, ON is seeking an Experienced Commercial Water Blaster to join our field services team. This field-based role involves travel to industrial, commercial, and municipal job sites across Ontario, performing high-pressure water blasting, cleaning, and surface preparation as part of a safety-driven crew.

Outdoors, you will operate specialized equipment, work with a supportive team, and contribute to quality results while adhering to safety standards and company procedures.

Qualifications

• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or overtime
• Safety certifications (e.g., Confined Space Entry, Working at Heights) are an asset

Responsibilities

• Operate high-pressure water blasting equipment for industrial cleaning, paint removal, and surface prep
• Perform scheduled and emergency field service work at client sites across Ontario
• Ensure all work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company and client standards
• Follow proper procedures for setup, operation, and shutdown of equipment
• Travel to various sites (company vehicle or travel allowance provided)
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet project deadlines
• Complete documentation, reports, and safety checklists as required
• Operate 1,500psi to 40,000psi high pressure water blasting units

Schedule

• Ability to work flexible hours, including some on-call, overtime, evenings, and some weekends is a requirement

Pay Rate

$23.50 - 28.00/hr.

Qualifications

• Valid G Class Driver’s License (DZ/AZ is a strong asset)
• Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including occasional weekends or overtime
• Physically fit and able to lift up to 50 lbs., work in confined spaces, and wear PPE
• Previous experience with water blasting, industrial cleaning, or pressure washing is preferred but not required – training is provided
• Strong work ethic, punctuality, and attention to detail
• Safety certifications (e.g., Confined Space Entry, Working at Heights) are an asset
